Dr. Lyndsay Elliott, Psy.D.

Dr. Lyndsay Elliott, Psy.D., is a forensic psychologist and capital mitigation specialist with more than 20 years of experience supporting criminal defense teams nationwide. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from California State University, Northridge and Pepperdine University, and her doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology. She completed postdoctoral training at UCLA, where she served as a Research Associate and Lecturer in the Department of Neurology.

Dr. Elliott is licensed to practice in California, Tennessee, New York, New Mexico, and Oregon, and is PSYPACT-certified to provide forensic psychology services nationwide (see full list of PSYPACT participating states). Her work spans criminal defense consultation, capital case expert witness testimony, psychosocial sentencing evaluations, and mitigation specialist services for both capital and non-capital cases.
